Our history
For nearly a decade, SEPALE has been successfully supporting its clients and building up its teams. The cumulative experience of the company’s CEO Christophe Bret and all its employees means that clients benefit from reliable, responsive and efficient support at all times.
SEPALE is agile and possesses unique know-how and therefore able to provide its partners with bespoke solutions.
In March 2021 Terre et Lac Conseil became completely independent, its capital now entirely owned by its operational teams.
On the 8th December 2021 Terre et Lac Conseil was renamed SEPALE.

This name is the result of a democratic choice on the team’s part, and underlines our company’s nature and convictions: to support and back our partners and their projects in keeping with an irreproachable environmental and human work ethic.
SEPALE is made up of experienced, mutually supportive and dedicated people.
We are committed to putting all our skills and know-how at the service of your projects to ensure that they flourish and grow.
2025
The team exceeds 30 people ● Construction of more than 70 MW of wind and solar power ● More than 300 MW of wind and solar power under construction
2024
Approval for 42 MW of wind power in the Meuse region ● Launch of construction of a cluster of 37 solar hangars (11.2 MWp cumulative) ● Commissioning of more than 40 MW cumulative in wind and solar power ● Construction and commissioning of 2 dynamic agrivoltaic power plants (6 MWp) ● Sale of Corfu Eole’s 1st RTB project (Brion: 33.6 MW) ● Turnover exceeds €5m ● Completion of the company’s carbon footprint assessment
2023
Development of the first storage project ● Launch of REact.Ens ● Submission of the first ● Terre&Mana PV projects ● Authorisation of several wind farm projects totalling more than 40 MW (Brion, Lespigues, etc.) ● Commissioning of more than 25 MW in wind and solar power, including 4.8 MWp in hybrid solar power (ground + floating)
2022
The team exceeds 25 people ● Launch of Terre&Mana ● Commissioning of the 1st wind power repowering in the Aude region ● Commissioning of 55 MW in wind power and 10 MWp in PV ● Start-up of the 1st energy efficiency project: Montaland (69)
2021
50MW of wind power commissioned ● Team exceeds 20 ● On 8 December, Terre et Lac Conseil became SEPALE
2020
Achievement of 280MW in Presidency Operations ● First AMO abroad ● Construction management for the first wind farm in the Var region (60 MW) + 1 HVB substation (400 kV)
2019
Construction Flamans (1st photovoltaic project) ● Technical operation ● 50MW Wind ● 3 authorised projects (75MW)
2018
Inauguration of the El Singla wind farm and SPEBH ● 10 projects under appraisalThe team exceeds 10 people ● Development of the 1st photovoltaic wind farms ● Construction of the Douiche wind farm (60MW)
