It’s that time of year again!
At the beginning of September 2022, SEPALE is pleased to be back at its activities, as stimulating and varied as ever. A number of positive developments are enabling our teams to enter this final period of the year with enthusiasm!
ENHANCED TEAMS
The arrival of 4 new members of staff (photos and experience coming soon to the website!) consolidates our ability to provide our partners with ever-better service and help their projects grow. Thanks to them, all our areas of expertise are being expanded (development, environmental expertise, PV construction, operation) for an ever finer and more relevant analysis.
SEPALE DIVERSIFIES ITS SUPPORT METHODS
In response to the needs of a new customer, SEPALE is seconding one of its staff for the first time on a long-term assignment in situ.
We’re delighted to be able to continue our mission of advising and supporting Sens of Life‘s historic management team: defining and implementing the company’s strategy for structuring and strong growth.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
SEPALE is pleased to announce the securing of Anah, Lyon, ALEC Lyon and Villeurbanne grants, enabling us to complete the works budget and launch the energy renovation project at the Montaland condominium in Villeurbanne (69).
The success of SEPALE’s “Ma prime Rénov” project was facilitated by the involvement of local institutional players and the strengthening of the energy renovation policy.
Despite the complexity of this type of project, SEPALE is keen to accelerate its efforts to support co-owners in rapidly improving the energy efficiency of their assets (residential co-ownerships with more than 25 lots, commercial buildings, etc.). Several other projects are currently underway.
SOLAR DEVELOPMENT, SALLÈLES D’AUDE
The Truil solar power plant project in Sallèles-d’Aude (11) was finally authorized this summer.
The project had been held up since 2019 for technical, environmental and administrative reasons. Amarenco commissioned SEPALE in 2021 with the mission of bringing the project to a successful conclusion. And it is now done!
Amarenco has also renewed its confidence in SEPALE by entrusting it with the task of providing project management assistance for the construction of this photovoltaic park of over 11 MWp. Commissioning scheduled for 2024!
SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS
SAINTE LIZAIGNE WIND FARM
The foundations for the Sainte-Lizaigne wind farm project (7 wind turbines in the Indre region for ENGIE GREEN) are now complete, pending the arrival of the turbines in the next few weeks.
CRUSCADES AND CANET WIND FARM
Construction work on the Cruscades and Canet project (6 wind turbines in the Aude department for SAMFI) was launched last week. Commissioning scheduled for mid-2023.
MONTEPEZAT D’AGENAIS PV PARK
The Montpezat d’Agenais site (ground-mounted + floating PV in the Lot-et-Garonne region for Amarenco) is progressing, with commissioning scheduled for late 2022.
AND OTHERS …
SEPALE has recently been commissioned to prepare and monitor the construction of the Saulnois wind power project (6 wind turbines in Moselle) and the Cruscades agrivoltaic project (6 MWp of PV trackers on vines in the Aude department), projects due to come on stream in 2024!
“The end of the year promises to be faithful to all our actions: diversified and daring, ethical and committed! SEPALE teams continue to work hard to provide our partners with the best solutions, whatever their needs.”
Christophe Bret
